We offer an innovative tillage system based on the philosophy of Friedhelm Dutzi, a pioneer of plowless tillage. Our machines enable almost complete tillage in a single pass. This saves time and protects the soil. Instead of large, wide-area tools, we rely on narrow tools that are only driven into the compacted soil and aerate it optimally without destroying the soil structure. Our front and rear cultivators ensure that the soil is sustainably loosened and aerated so that the roots grow deeper and the plants grow more robustly. At the same time, the water absorption capacity is increased to prevent waterlogging and erosion and to keep the water available to the roots.
The KR rotor incorporates all harvest residues into the topsoil in an ecologically sound manner. The special arrangement and shape of the rotor tools ensures compaction-free crumbling and enables a penetrating action. This creates a natural, plant-friendly soil structure with very high fertility. The downstream roller - usually a plate wheel roller or a tooth packer roller - is large in size and ensures the desired reconsolidation of the soil: A system for all crop rotations and all requirements of modern soil cultivation. Equipped with the appropriate components, the DUTZI® KR can carry out the following work:
The tools of the DUTZI® Front subsoiler FL and the DUTZI® Rear subsoiler HL penetrate steeply into the soil behind the leading disc shares and break up the soil deep down in the area of the compaction horizon without mixing or turning the soil.
This type of loosening increases the rootable space and the average pore volume and thus increases the usable field capacity, the water absorption capacity and the biological activity of the soil.
The front loosener is perfectly complemented by the DUTZI® KR and can be operated together with the KR with semi-mounted seed drill in a OnePass soil tillage system.
